ROSE FESTIVAL’S CITY FAIR

Through June 12  Tom McCall Waterfront Park. Carnival rides, Kid’s Zone, arts and crafts, beer garden and much more. Enjoy fireworks & live music on the opening night.

MULTNOMAH COUNTY FAIR
SAT  Oaks Park. 110th Annual Multnomah County Fair. Free gate admission and free parking! Exotic animals, thrill rides, 4-H animal shows, flower show, sewing demonstration, camel rides, and more!

JAW DROPPING COMEDY
Through June 12  This comedic masterpiece spans the entirety of history, with one ordinary American family who lives through it all.

MEMORIAL WEEKEND IN WINE COUNTRY
SAT-MON  This Weekend in Wine Country is a chance to visit some of the region’s smallest producers that are rarely open to the public. Don’t miss out on the stunning views and special offers available during this weekend celebration!

BOAT RACES
SAT  Rogers Landing Park. This 68th annual high speed boat race is happening on the Willamette River in Newberg. Bleacher seating available.

INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL

Through May 26th  Portland Art Museum. The Film Center’s Northwest Tracking program showcases the work of independent filmmakers living and working in the Northwest whose work reflects the vibrant cinematic culture of the region.

DUELING PIANO SHOW

Every FRI & SAT  Since 2010, The Barrel Room lays claim to the longest running dueling piano show in Portland.

URBAN SCAVENGER HUNT

ALL MONTH  Smart phone clues lead you on a fun & engaging walking tour of the city. Clues start you in the heart of downtown at Pioneer Courthouse Square and will take you on a scavenger hunt through the Arts District, on a streetcar ride and among the famous food carts.

GUIDED NATURE HIKES

ALL MONTH THURS-SUN  Cedar Hills/Beaverton Locations: Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are locked in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit. HAUNTED PUB TOUR

ALL MONTH  This spine-tingling ghost tour explores Portland’s historic Old Town District, a vibrant area with beautiful 1800’s buildings, cobblestone streets and a wicked past.

SHANROCK’S TRIVIOLOGY

ALL MONTH  Various Portland Locations: Triviology pub quizzes are free to play, last a couple of hours, and are composed of seven short rounds, giving teams instant gratification for their efforts. Team size can range from one to five players, with prizes for everyone on the winning team.

GEEKS WHO DRINK PUB QUIZ

ALL MONTH  Anyone can grab a deck of Trivial Pursuit cards and run a “trivia night.” Geeks Who Drink’s smartass quizmasters run fast-paced, interactive and beer-soaked pub quiz events all over Portland.

RUN TO REMEMBER

SAT  Downtown Washougal. Honor the brave men and women of our Armed Forces and remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice fighting for our freedom. This Memorial Day Mile and 5k/10k running and walking event will benefit Battle Buddies, an organization that provides service dogs for veterans.
