CITY FAIR—FLEET WEEK
Through SUN Tom McCall Waterfront Park: Fleet Week features ships from the US Navy, US Coast Guard, and Canadian Maritime Forces along the waterfront sea wall, carnival rides, Kids Zone, arts and crafts, a beer garden and much more.
GRAND FLORAL PARADE
SAT A colorful reflection of local, regional and international communities, the Grand Floral Parade draws hundreds of thousands of cheering viewers of every age, along a 4.2 mile route that winds through city streets and across the river.
DRAGON BOAT RACES
SAT-SUN Held on the Willamette River near the Hawthorne Bridge, the races feature exciting four-team heats held every nine minutes. More than 80 different teams—local, national and international—compete in boats graciously provided through the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association.
FESTIVAL OF FLOWERS
THURS-FRI Pioneer Courthouse Square. Each year, the Square works with a local artist or design firm to create a masterpiece of vibrant color utilizing nearly 20,000 flowers and plant material. This year’s design, BE FRIENDLY PDX, was created by the award-winning, local firm—Holst Architecture.
SCANDINAVIAN MIDSUMMER FESTIVAL
SAT Oaks Park. Portland’s 88th Annual Scandinavian Summer Solstice celebration. Maypole raising, live music, dancing, crafts, food and drink.
VEGAN BEER & FOOD FESTIVAL
SAT Zidell Yards. Features the top vegan food carts, trucks, vendors and restaurants. The best of the region’s craft beer, wine, ciders, kombucha, cold brew and craft sodas on draft.
FRI Skate World, Gresham. Questival is a 24-hour adventure race that invites you to build friendships, push yourself, experience your surroundings, and have a whole lot of fun. Your team of 2 to 6 people will do exciting and unpredictable things you never thought possible.
JAW DROPPING COMEDY
Through June 12 This comedic masterpiece spans the entirety of history, with one ordinary American family who lives through it all.
Through June 18th Celebrate the 22nd anniversary of The Tony Starlight Show, a combination of song parody, musical impressions & various tributes to iconic artists and pop culture phenomena.

URBAN SCAVENGER HUNT
ALL MONTH Smart phone clues lead you on a fun & engaging walking tour of the city. Clues start you in the heart of downtown at Pioneer Courthouse Square and will take you on a scavenger hunt through the Arts District, on a streetcar ride and among the famous food carts.

PORTLAND ESCAPE ROOMS
ALL MONTH THURS-SUN Cedar Hills/Beaverton Locations: Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are locked in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit. HAUNTED PUB TOUR
ALL MONTH This spine-tingling ghost tour explores Portland’s historic Old Town District, a vibrant area with beautiful 1800’s buildings, cobblestone streets and a wicked past.
ALL MONTH Various Portland Locations: Triviology pub quizzes are free to play, last a couple of hours, and are composed of seven short rounds, giving teams instant gratification for their efforts. Team size can range from one to five players, with prizes for everyone on the winning team.
GEEKS WHO DRINK PUB QUIZ
ALL MONTH Anyone can grab a deck of Trivial Pursuit cards and run a “trivia night.” Geeks Who Drink’s smartass quizmasters run fast-paced, interactive and beer-soaked pub quiz events all over Portland.
