Please join us on Monday, September 15th for an afternoon of golf to benefit homeless and at-risk youth served through Transitional Youth, a local non-profit organization founded by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate’s Chairman, Bert Waugh Jr.
This shotgun scramble will kick off at 12:30 at Tri-Mountain Golf Course in Ridgefield, WA. The foursome registration fee of $400 includes boxed lunches, greens fees, practice balls, dinner and prizes, plus a great time! Click here to register.
Our company is sponsoring the ever-popular “Whack-A-Waugh” contest again. We’ll place a huge headshot photo of Jason Waugh, our President & CEO, a reasonable distance from a tee and whoever hits his image on their drive gets their name included in a drawing for a special prize. 🙂
It’s sure to be a great day, so please come out and help us raise funds for youth in need. Learn more about Transitional Youth here.
Join us as we support the 21st Annual Transitional Youth Golf Tournament at Stone Creek Golf Club on Monday, August 27th. Net proceeds from this tournament will help support local at-risk and homeless youth as they transition from life on the streets to stable household environments.
A big “Thank You” to Clark County Northwest’s Karla LaRowe and her husband Craig for their generous donation to Transitional Youth of the net proceeds from their Movie Movers retail clearance sale on Sunday. Thanks also to our super volunteers who supported the efforts at the Hazel Dell sale: Lorre Jaffe, Cheryl Williams, Deanna & Torre Bryson, Teresa Litman, and Marjorie Summers. We appreciate your heart for helping our local homeless youth!
Prudential Northwest Properties Chairman Bert Waugh Jr., founder of the non-profit Transitional Youth organization and former Chair of Medical Teams International, is on hand in the Mobile Dental Van with MTI’s 200,000th patient, a Transitional Youth ‘Home on the Range’ resident by the name of Jordan.

2011 “Sock it to ’em!” sock and underwear challenge was a terrific success! An intra-company challenge between the McMinnville, Sherwood/Newberg, Gresham and Longview branches brought out the competitive best in our agents and was a boon for local homeless youth! The McMinnville crew took top honors by delivering 1251 combined pairs of underwear & socks (that’s an average of 66 per agent!). Great job everyone! And thanks for all your efforts to brighten the lives of local homeless youth. To learn more about Transitional Youth, please visit www.TransitionalYouth.org.
