THURS-SUN – Fun and music for the whole family! Weekend camping available, kids activities, six different venues playing live music all weekend long, vendors & much more.

SOULFUL GIVING BLANKET CONCERT
SAT – A day of music, food, love & hope, where we gather friends to raise money for organizations that support area families battling pediatric cancer. We’re bringing in amazing entertainers and even more amazing restaurants to this 21+ event to make sure it’s one of the most memorable days of your entire summer.

HOT SAUCE EXPO
SAT-SUNPortland Hot Sauce Expo has hot & spicy food vendors, craft beer, eating contests, and a Chihuahua beauty contest Sunday at 2PM in the OMSI bridge parking lot.

INTERNATIONAL PRAISE FESTIVAL
SAT – A festival of praise unto God that features Christian ministries within the Portland Metro area that represent various cultures and ethnicities and offers live Christian music, ethnic dance, children activities, vendor booths and more.

WINGS & WHEELS
SATCruise in, cars/bike & trucks, fly in, street dance, military vehicles, kids activities, vendors, food booths, beer garden and more!

TUALATIN CRAWFISH FESTIVAL
FRI-SAT – Featuring world class musicians, food, and family-friendly entertainment. Carnival games, eating contests, races and more.

FREMONT FEST
FRI – Enjoy a kid, bike and pet parade starting at 10AM, pub crawl at some of our best breweries and restaurants, kids activities and of course great shopping in the streets! Come see our more than 125+ vendors of handmade items, clothing, art, food and so much more.

LENTS FOUNDERS FAIR
SUN – Giving participants an opportunity to explore the neighborhood on foot, experiences the Green Ring, and use the streets for play. Live music, craft vendors, kids area and even a chicken beauty pageant.

TOP DOWN ROOFTOP CINEMA
Thursdays through August 31 – Music begins at 8PM and films begin around dusk, food and beverages available for purchase. Located atop the Hotel deLuxe’s parking structure at SW 15th and Yamhill.

THURSDAY EARLY ESCAPE CONCERT SERIES
Thursdays through September 28 – A two-hour cruise featuring a different local, live band every Thursday afternoon. Enjoy a relaxing cruise down the Willamette River to help unwind after your week. A bistro plate and a full service bar are available for additional purchase on board.

MOVIES IN THE PARK
Through September 8 – Evening after evening, summer nights in Portland parks offer families and friends the perfect backdrop to renew connections. 12 week schedule with 41 movies at 40 sites around the city.

80’S VIDEO DANCE ATTACK
Through August 26 – Grab your favorite 80’s outfit and head to Lola’s Room. Enjoy your favorite 80’s hits playing all night on their multiple giant screens.

DUELING PIANO SHOW
FRI & SAT (All Month)The Barrel Room lays claim to the longest running dueling piano shows in Portland. The show, which at times can get a “little cheeky,” isn’t just two players banging on pianos for five hours. They boast a Vegas style, request driven, interactive show complete with bits, games, sing-a-longs, comedy and some of the best players in the U.S.

URBAN SCAVENGER HUNT
ALL MONTH  Smartphone clues lead you on a fun & engaging walking tour of the city. Clues start you in the heart of downtown at Pioneer Courthouse Square and will take you on a scavenger hunt through the Arts District, on a streetcar ride and among the famous food carts.

SHANROCK’S TRIVIOLOGY
ALL MONTH  Various Portland Locations: Triviology pub quizzes are free to play, last a couple of hours, and are composed of seven short rounds, giving teams instant gratification for their efforts. Team size can range from one to five players, with prizes for everyone on the winning team.

GUIDED NATURE HIKES
EVERY DAY – Park guides lead nature hikes to explore the forest, stream ecosystems and natural history of the natural area. Tryon Creek State Park & more.

HAUNTED PUB TOUR
All Month – This spine-tingling ghost tour explores Portland’s historic Old Town District, a vibrant area with beautiful 1800’s buildings, cobblestone streets and a wicked past.

GEEKS WHO DRINK PUB QUIZ
ALL MONTH – Anyone can grab a deck of Trivial Pursuit cards and run a “trivia night.” Geeks Who Drink’s smartass quizmasters run fast-paced, interactive and beer-soaked pub quiz events all over Portland.

PORTLAND ESCAPE ROOMS
All Month THURS-SUN – Cedar Hills/Beaverton Locations: Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are locked in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit.

CLARK COUNTY FAIR
FRI through August 13This year’s fair is sure to provide you and your family endless entertainment and excitement. We have amazing free grandstand entertainment and concerts for plenty of family fun.

SPIRIT TALES: WALKING TOURS AT THE VANCOUVER BARRACKS
Through September 3 – Designed by local historian and author Jefferson Davis. Jeff served at the Vancouver Barracks for many years, and has first hand experience with both the spooky and ordinary history of the Vancouver Barracks. Whether you believe in ghosts or not, you will be interested in the stories of the Vancouver Barracks’ past inhabitants.

RIVERVIEW SIX TO SUNSET CONCERTS
Thursdays through August 10 – Celebrate summer Thursday evenings while listening to our fantastic bands play the sun down. Bring your family and friends down to Esther Short Park, put down a picnic blanket and some lawn chairs and enjoy.

FRIDAY NIGHT MOVIES IN THE PARK
Fridays Through August 11 – Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy big screen entertainment. All movies are family friendly.

RUSTY GRAPE: MOVIES ON THE LAWN
Fridays Through September 1 – Visit the Rusty Grape Vineyard Friday evenings for a family friendly movie night. Bring your chair or blanket and enjoy the beautiful summer night.

HEISEN HOUSE: SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Through September 29 – Enjoy summer concerts among the vines every Friday night at Heisen House Vineyards.

GUIDED WALKS AT COLUMBIA SPRINGS
Through October 18 – Each guided walk consists of an easy stroll or tour with themes such as plants, animals, geology, local history, and the fish hatchery. These events are appropriate for all ages and no registration is required. Spots are available at a first come, first served basis to the first 30 visitors.

VANCOUVER FARMER’S MARKET
SAT through Oct 29 – You’ll discover fresh and local produce, flowers, plants, baked goods, delicious food, pet treats, and accessories for yourself, home, or garden.

COLUMBIA TECH CENTER FARMER’S MARKET
Through August 31 – A pet-friendly place where you can chat with people who have grown or made your purchase, grab a bite to eat, watch the kids play, and enjoy a wonderful, relaxing day.

OPEN SATURDAY AT PEARSON AIRBASE
SAT – Free educational experience, Flight Simulator lab, vertical wind tunnel, a glider-building station, historic airplanes on-site for viewing, collections on display, and educational programs to propel students of all ages.

3 DAYS OF ALOHA
THURS-FRI – Sway to the rhythm as hula dancers and Polynesian singers filled the park with the heartbeat of their cultures. Raffles, keiki (kids) activities, arts and crafts, business and delicious food vendors round out this two day long outdoor festival which is now considered the third largest annual event at Esther Short Park.

CIVIL WAR REENACTMENT at FORT VANCOUVER
SAT – Volunteers from the 1st Oregon Volunteer Infantry, a local living history group, will set up a Civil War era encampment on the Vancouver Barracks Parade Ground. Learn about military life during the 1860s and watch black powder musket demonstrations.

CAMAS DAYS
FRI-SAT – Expect to see arts & craft vendors, gated wine microbrew street, and food streets, concerts in the park, two parades, the ducky derby, the kids activities street, a softball tournament and the famous bathtub races in front of City Hall. Join the fun in Camas!

Through October 18 – Each guided walk consists of an easy stroll or tour with themes such as plants, animals, geology, local history, and the fish hatchery. These events are appropriate for all ages and no registration is required. Spots are available at a first come, first served basis to the first 30 visitors.

VANCOUVER FARMER’S MARKET
SAT through Oct 29 – You’ll discover fresh and local produce, flowers, plants, baked goods, delicious food, pet treats, and accessories for yourself, home, or garden.

COLUMBIA TECH CENTER FARMER’S MARKET
Through August 31 – A pet-friendly place where you can chat with people who have grown or made your purchase, grab a bite to eat, watch the kids play, and enjoy a wonderful, relaxing day.

SAT – Free educational experience, Flight Simulator lab, vertical wind tunnel, a glider-building station, historic airplanes on-site for viewing, collections on display, and educational programs to propel students of all ages.

OREGON RENAISSANCE FAIR
SAT-SUN & June 17-18 – An imaginative and interactive adventure modeled after elements from the the Renaissance era, led by the beloved Queen of Scots, Mary Stewart. Patrons can experience village folk celebrating a visit from their Queen and her royal court with the sights, sounds, smells, era-appropriate music, demonstrations, a variety of entertainers, and the arts, crafts, wares, and lifestyles of the Renaissance era in Scotland.

PORTLAND ROSE FESTIVAL GRAND FLORAL PARADE
SATGrand Floral Parade starts at 10AM at Memorial Coliseum and ends in downtown Portland around 2PM.

CITY FAIR
FRI-SUN Rose Festival’s waterfront activities continue for a third weekend at Tom McCall Waterfront Park. Enjoy carnival rides, exhibits, beer, and a food fair.

FLEET WEEK
WED-SUN – The City of Portland is known to be a favorite port of call for military and non-military visitors, and citizens enjoy making these visitors welcome! One of the purposes of Fleet Week has always been to celebrate and thank the active and reserve military personnel and all veterans.

DRAGON BOAT RACES
SAT-SUN – Held on the Willamette River near the Hawthorne Bridge, the Dragon Boat Races feature exciting four-team heats held every nine minutes. More than 80 different teams–local, national and international–compete in boats graciously provided through the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association.

SCANDINAVIAN MIDSUMMER FESTIVAL
SAT – In the Northern lands of the midnight sun, it is traditional to warm up after a long cold winter by celebrating Midsummer with friends, food, and drinks. Decorate the Maypole, put some hot dogs on the grill, play games on the lawn, gather with your favorite people around a bonfire, and enjoy the longest day of the year.

PORTLAND BEER WEEK
Through June 18 – An 11-day celebration of beer in the greatest beer city on earth. Enjoy this city-wide, multi-venue, multi-medium, artistic and culinary inspired journey exploring the many facets of beer.

The show, which at times can get a “little cheeky,” isn’t just two players banging on pianos for five hours. They boast a Vegas style, request driven, interactive show complete with bits, games, sing-a-longs, comedy and some of the best players in the U.S.

Through SUN – The show won instant acclaim for its gentle but very powerful message. NATIONAL GET OUTDOORS DAY AT FORT VANCOUVER
SAT – Experience free outdoor activities and family fun! Kids and families can enjoy climbing a rock wall, learning how to shoot a bow and arrow, catching a fish from a pond and playing lacrosse, bicycling, and disc golf. Smokey Bear, Woodsy Owl, Jr. Beaver and their friends will be on hand to greet visitors. A historic fur trader encampment will re-enact life at Fort Vancouver during the 1840s.

YOUTH RODEO
SAT-SUN – Cowboys and cowgirls, some as young as two or three years old, compete in nearly a dozen events divided into three divisions. Contestants test their skills in barrel racing, goat tying, pole bending, break away roping, bareback and saddle bronc riding, calf riding, tie-down roping, and team roping.
