SAT JULY 4 Help commemorate the 150th anniversary of the American Civil War by joining costumed reenactors on the grounds of historic Vancouver Barracks portraying members of the Civil War-era 1st Oregon Volunteer Cavalry. Living History activities may include black powder demonstrations, mounted and dismounted cavalry drills, encampments, and and scouting formations from the Civil War era in the Pacific Northwest.
